What this means: By using Bohdi, you agree to these rules. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Bohdi LLC (“Bohdi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Bohdi platform, including our website, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, and, if applicable, the Artist Agreement (collectively, the “Agreements”). If you do not agree to any of these Agreements, you must not access or use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform before the effective date.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization (such as a band or record label), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and you refers to both you individually and the organization.
What this means: You must be at least 18 years old to use Bohdi because the platform involves financial transactions.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account or use the Platform. The Platform involves financial transactions that require users to be of legal contracting age.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) are not barred from using the Platform under any applicable law; and (d) will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under the age of 18 without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us at support@bohdi.world.
What this means: You need one account, and you’re responsible for keeping it secure.
To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@bohdi.world if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
You may not: (a) create more than one account per person; (b) share your account credentials with any third party; (c) transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent; or (d) use another person’s account without their permission and our consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or violates these Terms.
What this means: There are two main account types — Members (listeners) and Artists (creators). Artists must apply and be approved.
Member Accounts. A Member account allows you to browse, discover, and stream music; create playlists; follow artists; purchase songs; and manage a wallet balance. All users start as Members.
Artist Accounts. Artist accounts are available to approved music creators. Artists retain all Member capabilities and additionally may upload original music, manage an artist or band page, and receive revenue from streams and purchases. To become an Artist, you must:
Submit an application through the Platform, including at least one original song;
Provide a valid email address, genre selection, and social media links;
Complete a review process, which may include a video interview with Bohdi staff; and
Be approved by Bohdi at our sole discretion.
Band / Organization Accounts. Artists may create or join Band accounts with the following permission levels:
Owner — Full administrative control, including dissolution, ownership transfer, and revenue split configuration among members;
Admin — Content management, editing rights, and the ability to invite members; and
Contributor — View-only access to band analytics and content.
Bohdi reserves the right to reject any Artist application or Band formation at its sole discretion. Rejected applicants may reapply.
Staff Accounts. Bohdi employees and authorized moderators may use Staff accounts with elevated permissions for platform administration. Staff accounts are governed by internal policies in addition to these Terms.
What this means: Bohdi is a music streaming platform. We provide the technology and marketplace — artists provide the music.
Bohdi provides a technology platform that connects music listeners with independent artists. We do not create, own, or control the music or other content uploaded by Artists, except for our own branded content and platform materials.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, legality, or safety of any content uploaded by Artists. While we take measures to review content (including a manual artist approval process and content moderation), we cannot guarantee that all content on the Platform complies with applicable law or these Terms at all times.
Features of the Platform may include, but are not limited to: music streaming, song purchases, playlist creation, artist discovery via geographic map interface, search, and artist analytics. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice, provided that material changes affecting paid functionality will be communicated in advance.
What this means: You add money to your Bohdi wallet to pay for streams ($0.025 each) and song purchases. Artists get paid from your spending. Purchases are permanent and generally non-refundable.
To stream or purchase music on the Platform, you must maintain a positive wallet balance. Your wallet balance is an internal account balance maintained by Bohdi, denominated in U.S. dollars (USD).
You may fund your wallet balance using a credit or debit card through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. All payment processing is subject to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.
Wallet funding and song purchases are available through the Bohdi website (bohdi.world). The Bohdi mobile application provides access to your purchased content and streaming services; wallet funding and purchase transactions are not processed within the mobile application.
Your wallet balance represents a prepaid credit for services available on the Platform. Funds you deposit are held by Stripe, Bohdi’s third-party payment processor, and not by Bohdi directly. Bohdi does not directly hold, store, or transmit user funds. Your wallet balance is not a bank account, a stored value card, or any form of deposit account. Wallet balances are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) or any other governmental agency, and do not earn interest. Bohdi is not a bank, financial institution, or money transmitter.
Minimum deposit amount: $10.00 USD, or such other minimum as displayed in the Platform at the time of deposit. Bohdi may adjust the minimum deposit amount at any time; changes will be reflected in the Platform prior to your next deposit.
Each qualifying stream of a song incurs a charge at the then-current per-stream rate (currently $0.025 USD), deducted automatically from your wallet balance. The per-stream rate is displayed in the Platform and may be adjusted by Bohdi with thirty (30) days’ prior notice for any increase. No per-stream confirmation or approval is required — by using the streaming feature, you authorize these automatic deductions.
A “qualifying stream” means listening to a song beyond the free preview period (currently twenty (20) seconds). Streams shorter than the free preview period are not charged. The free preview duration may be adjusted by Bohdi at any time and is reflected in the Platform.
If your wallet balance is insufficient to cover a stream charge, the stream will not proceed until you fund your wallet.
You may purchase songs for permanent access. Purchase prices are set per song and may vary based on quality tier (e.g., Standard, High Quality, Lossless). Current pricing tiers are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.
Purchased songs are added permanently to your library. Except as described in Section 6.5, purchases are final and non-refundable.
Purchasing a song grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to access and listen to the song through the Platform. It does not transfer copyright or any other ownership rights to you.
Revenue from streams and purchases is distributed as follows: eighty percent (80%) to the Artist, ten percent (10%) to Bohdi, and ten percent (10%) to the Bohdi Artist Fund. Revenue split percentages may be adjusted by Bohdi with sixty (60) days’ prior written notice to Artists. For Artists with multiple contributors (e.g., band members), the Artist’s share is distributed among contributors according to the revenue split percentages configured by the Artist or band owner within the Platform.
Detailed payment terms for Artists are governed by the Artist Agreement.
Stream charges (at the then-current per-stream rate) are non-refundable.
Song purchases are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
A song you purchased is removed from the Platform due to a valid copyright (DMCA) claim; or
A song you purchased is removed due to a violation of the No AI-Generated Content Policy.
In such cases, Bohdi will credit the full purchase price back to your wallet balance.
Wallet balance refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Unused wallet balances may be refunded to your original payment method, subject to a processing fee and the conditions set forth in the Refund Policy.
If your account has no login activity for three hundred sixty-five (365) consecutive days and carries a positive wallet balance, you will receive a notification at your registered email address thirty (30) days before any action is taken.
If no action is taken during the 30-day notice period, remaining wallet balances will be handled in accordance with applicable state unclaimed property (escheatment) laws. This may include remittance of unclaimed funds to the appropriate state authority. Bohdi will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any such action is taken.
The Platform offers an optional Automatic Wallet Refill feature. When enabled, your saved payment method will be automatically charged when your wallet balance falls below a threshold you set (the “Refill Threshold”), for an amount you specify (the “Refill Amount”).
Automatic Wallet Refill is disabled by default. You may enable, configure, or disable it at any time through your wallet settings. The minimum Refill Threshold is $1.00 USD. The Refill Threshold may not exceed the Refill Amount.
By enabling Automatic Wallet Refill, you expressly authorize Bohdi to charge your saved payment method for the Refill Amount each time your balance falls below the Refill Threshold, without additional confirmation at the time of charge.
You may disable Automatic Wallet Refill at any time, effective immediately. Disabling will not affect charges already initiated.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: This Automatic Wallet Refill feature constitutes an automatic renewal or continuous service offer as defined by California Business and Professions Code §17601. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge the terms above and your right to cancel at any time.
What this means: Artists own their music. By uploading to Bohdi, they give us permission to stream and display it. Once a listener buys a song, it stays in their library even if the artist later leaves the platform.
Artist Content. Artists retain full copyright ownership of all content they upload to the Platform (“Artist Content”). By uploading Artist Content, the Artist grants Bohdi the license described in the Artist Agreement.
User Content. Users may create playlists, profiles, and other user-generated content (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Bohdi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
Purchased Content. Songs purchased by a Member remain accessible in that Member’s library permanently, subject to platform availability. If an Artist requests removal of a song that has been purchased, the song will be removed from further sale and streaming but will remain accessible to existing purchasers.
Content Removal. Bohdi reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, without prior notice. In the case of copyright claims, we follow the procedures set forth in our DMCA Policy.
Explicit Content. Artists must accurately flag content containing explicit material. Failure to do so may result in content removal and account sanctions.
What this means: Bohdi owns the platform technology and branding. Artists own their music. Listeners get a personal license to enjoy the music they purchase — not ownership of it.
Bohdi’s Intellectual Property. The Platform — including its design, code, features, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Bohdi and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Bohdi’s trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
Artist Intellectual Property. Artists retain all intellectual property rights in their Artist Content. The licenses granted to Bohdi are limited to the purposes described in these Terms and the Artist Agreement.
License to Members. When you purchase a song, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and play the song through the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from purchased content.
“Feedback.” If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Platform (“Feedback”), you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use that Feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
What this means: Bohdi is a platform for human-made music only. Artists must certify that no AI tools were used to create their music. Violations have serious consequences.
Bohdi is committed to being a platform exclusively for human-created music. The upload, distribution, or sale of AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.
Definition. “AI-Generated Content” means music, vocals, lyrics, instrumentals, beats, or any other audio content created in whole or in part by artificial intelligence, machine learning, neural networks, automated composition tools, or similar technologies. This does not include standard digital audio workstation (DAW) tools, auto-tune, or other traditional music production software that serves as a tool under direct human creative control.
Artist Certification. At each upload, Artists must affirmatively certify: “No AI was used in creating this song.” This certification is a material representation under the Artist Agreement.
Consequences of Violation. If Bohdi determines, at its sole discretion, that uploaded content is AI-Generated Content:
The content will be immediately removed from the Platform;
All revenue earned from the content may be clawed back;
Purchasers of the content will receive full refunds;
The Artist’s account may be suspended or permanently terminated; and
The Artist may be liable for damages to Bohdi and affected users.
Reporting. Users may report suspected AI-Generated Content through the Platform’s reporting tools. Bohdi will investigate all good-faith reports.
Abuse of Reporting. Filing three (3) or more reports that Bohdi determines to be knowingly false or made in bad faith may result in the reporter’s account suspension.
AI Detection Technology Disclosure. Bohdi may employ automated detection technologies, including but not limited to audio fingerprinting, spectral analysis, and machine learning classifiers, to identify potential AI-Generated Content. These technologies are used as screening tools; final determinations regarding AI-Generated Content are made by Bohdi staff following human review.
What this means: Don’t cheat, steal, harass, or break things. Use Bohdi the way it was intended.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
Upload, distribute, or transmit content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right;
Upload AI-Generated Content (see Section 9);
Upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harassing;
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Use the Platform for any fraudulent purpose, including manipulation of streaming counts, engagement metrics, or revenue;
Create multiple accounts to circumvent these Terms, abuse promotions, or evade enforcement actions;
Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Platform or its infrastructure;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users’ accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Platform;
Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Platform without our prior written consent;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Platform;
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, digital rights management, or access-control features of the Platform;
Redistribute, publicly perform, or broadcast any content from the Platform without authorization;
Use the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any illegal financial activity; or
Encourage or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing.
Cross-Reference to AUP and Community Guidelines. For detailed prohibited conduct rules, see our Acceptable Use Policy. Content standards and enforcement procedures, including the three-strike system (warning, suspension, termination), are set forth in our Community Guidelines.
What this means: Bohdi uses other companies (like Stripe for payments) to run parts of the platform. Their own terms apply when you interact with them.
The Platform integrates with and relies upon third-party services, including but not limited to: Stripe (payment processing), Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), Firebase (analytics and notifications), Sentry (error monitoring), and Mapbox (map rendering).
Your use of third-party services is subject to those services’ own terms of service and privacy policies. Bohdi is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your interaction with third-party services, including payment processing failures, data handling by third parties, or service interruptions beyond our control.
If you downloaded the Bohdi application from the Apple App Store or are using the application on an iOS device, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) these Terms are between you and Bohdi only, and not with Apple Inc. (Apple); (b) Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to the application; (c) in the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, Apple’s sole obligation will be to refund the purchase price (if any) of the application; (d) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application or your use thereof, including product liability claims, claims that the application fails to conform to applicable legal requirements, and consumer protection claims; (e) Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the application; and (f) Apple, and its subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
What this means: Bohdi is provided “as is.” We do our best, but we can’t guarantee everything will work perfectly all the time. Our financial liability to you is limited.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
BOHDI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE PLATFORM OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR LAWFUL.
BOHDI DOES NOT ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ARTIST CONTENT OR USER CONTENT AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BOHDI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOHDI’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO BOHDI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) THIRTY U.S. DOLLARS ($30.00).
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY EVEN IF BOHDI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
What this means: If your actions on Bohdi cause us legal trouble, you agree to cover our costs.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bohdi and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right; (d) any content you upload to the Platform; or (e) your violation of any applicable law.
Bohdi reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate with our defense.
What this means: If we have a disagreement, we’ll try to resolve it through arbitration rather than going to court. You can still use small claims court for small disputes.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@bohdi.world and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) under its then-current rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California, or at another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. YOU AND BOHDI AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. This waiver is enforceable under the Supreme Court’s decisions in AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion, 563 U.S. 333 (2011), and Epic Systems Corp. v. Lewis, 138 S.Ct. 1612 (2018).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may: (a) bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction; or (b) seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE, OR IT SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, trade and economic sanctions maintained by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations maintained by the Department of State.
What this means: You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate your account if you break the rules. Here’s what happens to your stuff if that occurs.
You may terminate your account at any time through the Platform’s account settings or by contacting us at support@bohdi.world.
Upon termination of your Member account: (a) your account access will cease; (b) your playlists and user-generated content will be deleted; (c) any remaining wallet balance will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy; and (d) your access to stream non-purchased content will cease; however, songs you have purchased will remain accessible in your library in accordance with Section 7.3, subject to Platform availability.
We may suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice if: (a) you violate these Terms or any of the Agreements; (b) we are required to do so by law; (c) your account has been flagged for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity; or (d) we discontinue the Platform.
In cases of material breach (including but not limited to AI content violations, copyright infringement, or fraud), termination may be immediate and without prior notice.
Upon termination of an Artist account: (a) the Artist’s content will be removed from further streaming and sale; (b) existing purchasers of the Artist’s songs will retain access to those songs; (c) a final payout of earned and unpaid revenue will be processed within thirty (30) days, subject to applicable deductions for clawbacks or pending disputes; and (d) the Artist Agreement will terminate, except for provisions that by their nature survive termination.
The following sections survive termination: Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), 14 (Dispute Resolution), and this Section 15.4.
What this means: We may update these Terms. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of any major changes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide notice at least thirty (30) days before the revised Terms take effect, via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notification on the Platform.
Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or formatting updates) may take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may terminate your account.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, Artist Agreement (if applicable), and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bohdi regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver. Bohdi’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. Bohdi may assign these Terms without restriction.
Force Majeure. Bohdi shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or power failures, or failures of third-party service providers.
Notices. Notices to you may be sent to the email address associated with your account. Notices to Bohdi must be sent to 668 N. Coast Highway, 508, Laguna Beach, CA 92651; legal@bohdi.world.
Headings. Section headings and the plain-language summaries are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a plain-language summary and the operative legal text, the operative legal text controls.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you consent to receive all communications from Bohdi electronically, including but not limited to account notifications, transaction confirmations, policy updates, legal notices, and responses to support requests. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable state law.
To receive and retain electronic communications, you must have: (i) a device with a modern web browser (current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) or the Bohdi mobile application installed on a compatible iOS or Android device; (ii) a valid email address on file with your account; and (iii) sufficient storage on your device to save or print communications for your records.
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by contacting us at support@bohdi.world. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to provide you with certain Platform services and you may need to close your account. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legal validity of any electronic communications previously sent or received.
You may request paper copies of any electronic communication by contacting us at support@bohdi.world. We may charge a reasonable fee for producing and mailing paper copies.
It is your responsibility to keep your email address current. You may update your email address at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. You are deemed to have received all electronic communications sent to the email address associated with your account, whether or not you actually access or read them.
If Bohdi elects to discontinue the Platform, we will provide at least ninety (90) days’ advance notice to all registered users via email and a prominent notice on the Platform.
During the notice period: (a) remaining wallet balances will be refunded to your original payment method, less any amounts subject to pending disputes; (b) Artists will receive a final payout of all earned and unpaid revenue; (c) Artists will have the opportunity to download their uploaded content; and (d) Members will be notified that purchased content will no longer be accessible after the discontinuation date.
Following platform discontinuation, Bohdi will retain financial transaction records as required by law (see Privacy Policy, Section 6) and will delete all other personal data within ninety (90) days.
